Snow Riders

It was a very cute show, the snow tubers looked like they were having a blast. We enjoyed a small dinner at the lodge by the park. The staff were very friendly and service was quick. The staff for the light show were very friendly and quick to answer our questions. The lighted amusements were very creative. They had a sweet little area to get warm and grab a beverage or snack. There were rest rooms at the start of the trail be wise to use them before going through. Giggle!

For a school trip to DC, we decided to try snow tubing. Our kids loved every second of it. The staff was kind and helpful. I especially would like to mention the Chef , Daryn— I have 2 students with Celiacs needing Gluten Free meals. Daryn went above and beyond to prioritize the students needs while still providing food comparative to the non- gluten free options. Daryn went over the details of how he prepared to be safe of no cross contamination. Having this done for us, is beyond why other restaurants have been able to provide while keeping the taste good. I would recommend this experience to anyone! All 41 students and 10 chaperones had the best time. The extra details to ensure a proper meal for those needing changes far exceeds my expectation.

My family of visited Snow Riders on President’s Day 2026. We had a blast. Even with the weather being over 40 degrees the Snow they made was perfect. The staff was polite and professional. I highlight recommend them. Only being 1 hour 23 mins from Washington DC was a big plus. One day trip easy.

Two of my friends and I reserved our spots for 5 pm tonight. We are all 65+. We HAD THE BEST time!! When we first arrived there were not that many people there yet so we didn’t have a wait once we got to the top by magic carpet. The amount of time was perfect. All the staff was so great. They all had great attitudes - smiling and so helpful. You could tell they loved their jobs! Kudos to all of you! Thanks for an amazing time!

What an amazing group of people! Such great hospitality. The sledding was amazing, albeit FAST after the recent snow and some thawing/refreezing. Waits were reasonable. And the food was really great too. Get the Rueben! Such a great night for my 51st bday! And Jessica was a great help.
