Great staff who are always nice and helpful. If you have any kind of problem they are on top of it.its clean,comfortable, and quiet. I'd recommend it to others.

I was looking for a cheap hotel near Ikea in West Chester, and this place ended up being 3 miles away; built around a Thornton's gas station, and next to a Dollar General store. ||||For $50 I got a king size bed room, but what I wish I had been warned, or even asked about, was the smoking preference of the room. As soon as I opened the door, the stagnant smell of tobacco permeated the clean air like a humid day. ||||The room was decently clean with a king size bed, couch, and a coffee table. The A/C knob was broken, but I did get not so cold air to circulate the room. The bathroom was clean, but the entire hot water knob was sticking completely out of the wall of the shower. Rooms are OLD. furniture is OLD. Price is great for financially strapped people like me, worst part is cockroaches. Not a huge infestation, don't leave any food out and make sure all of your personal belongings are in sealed baggage. Don't want the little buggers to find a new home in your stuff Except for one kind of stereotypical angry lady, 3 staff total from what I've experienced a man and two ladies, they're all very polite and cordial, except for grumpy. They just kicked me and my two babies out we've been there for 4 days not even they kicked us out because of my service dog who is fully trained in service their excuse was saying lies that he lunged at a child he's not there during the day due to me working so he is with the babysitter in the children babysitter's house so there's nobody at that hotel during the day and they also put excessive barking my dog does not bark he's been through service dog training. I just wanted to let you guys know that this is a very judgemental location excessive partying glass bottles broken from alcohol all over the ground carpet that smells like cat spray. The entire staff at Tri County Inn ( you guys are great...btw..! ) made the 5th Star of my review rating. Albeit the rooms are a bit outdated, the convenience of location for employment couldn't be better given the nominal price of your stay.
