The hotel is new and the rooms are clean. I have stayed at this location a couple of times per year since it opened and it seems to have slipped in cleaning of common spaces. It doesn't appear the kitchen wipes down the yogurt machine, or the food box that the hot breakfast items are located in. The food quality is nicer than the neighboring Hampton Inn, but the cleanliness in the kitchen seems to have been consistently lacking in 2025 and 2026. I held off on this review to see if perhaps it was guests who were the issue, or lack of routine wipe downs, and it appears to be the latter due to the consistency. Outside of this, the hotel is nice and conveniently located. Lastly staff i have interfaced with is friendly and helpful.

This was my second stay in four weeks. First stay my bathroom was dirty the first night and I cleaned it with the dish detergent that was provided. They did come and clean the room the next day and overall that experience was fine. On this visit, we stayed for six nights. They did a “ refresh” to the room two days after our check-in and even though this was supposed to be done every two days - housekeeping did not return. The bathroom area around the shower looked like it had never been cleaned. I had asked them to vacuum dirt in the rug in an area around the bed and this was not done. We did complain to management on day 4 and were assured that they would clean our room. However, they didn’t. We got our own towels from the front desk. |Overall, not worth the money and we won’t be stay

The digital key worked on both the exterior door and our room, which made arrival easy since we were able to skip the front desk. Room 123 appeared clean, but there was a noticeable odor when we first entered. There were a few things missing or inconsistent with what we usually expect at Home2: no lotion in the bathroom, dirty plates on top of the clean stack in the kitchen area, and dishes left in the dishwasher. Our room also did not have the usual curtain separating the bed and couch, even though the ceiling bar for it was there. The pillows and beds were comfortable. I’m not a fan of the sliding barn-style bathroom door, as it’s noisier than a traditional door, especially when waking up earlier than others. Breakfast was good, and the gentleman working the breakfast area was friendly.

The hotel is very nice - the rooms are large and clean. The front desk staff was attentive and prioritized the person in front of them over the phone call. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with a make your own sandwich bar. The location was good - very close to many things.

> During my stay at your hotel, management changed the price of my room three times: twice before check-out and a third time afterward. > After I checked out, a representative called me, demanding I pay more. Subsequently, they canceled my reservation entirely, making it appear as though I never stayed there. As a result, I did not receive any loyalty points for my stay. > I specifically chose this location over a competing one based on its slightly better online reviews, but I regret that decision now. > While the hotel was clean and the non-management staff were great, the management and front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. > I demand that my original reservation be reinstated, the correct loyalty points be credited to my account, and the overcharge be resolved immediately.
