Marriott Cincinnati North

This has been the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are amazing and SO friendly! They have checked in with me to make sure everything is going good, they are so personable, and have done everything to make this a great experience. I came for a weekend “staycation” on one of the roughest weekends for me and I could not have chosen a better place. They upgraded my room and truly made this weekend the peace that I needed. THANK YOU all so much for everything!! The rooms, pool and every inch of the hotel are clean. Breakfast was good. The bar and kitchen are delicious! I have celiac and was able to eat safely as well which is a huge deal! The beds are more firm than what I’m used to, but that’s literally my only tiny little issue, if you can even call it that. Marriott Cinci North is always an amazing experience. The rooms are always impeccably clean and staff is incredibly helpful. The restaurant, Butler’s kitchen is open until 11! It’s the perfect spot to grab delicious food even after a late flight. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, offering efficient and welcoming service… especially Lexi.

The bar staff is great crumbs are very weird, As they have four beds and not queen beds, which I think is unorthodox being a traveler.. The only places that usually have four beds are super eight and motel sixes that are 40 years old The bar as I said was awesome! The lobby is amazing! Calamari is unusual as heck!!!!! Comes with a salad on top and has McDonalds Asian nugget sauce on it. I just truly wish you could order it without having some ton of craziness done to it calamari as a traditional dish should be served traditional in my opinion, kinda like prime rib But that’s one man’s opinion

So comfortable. Lovely shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Food in restaurant was amazing. Both dinner a breakfast.

Positive: Cleanliness Negative: Staff was friendly. However, smiles that don't result in customer service are empty. The night receptionist seemed like she didn't care. Restaurant staff were smiling, but slow, unresponsive service, ignored dirty tables at breakfast.
