avid hotel Cincinnati N - West Chester by IHG

I stay at this hotel a lot for work. It's basic, low cost and good location. My biggest complaint here is the showers and towels. I've stayed in many of the rooms countless times. There is always poor water pressure and intermittent hot water at times. Some days worse than others. Wish they could get this figured out. Also the towels rarely smell good and clean. Other than that, the beds are comfortable, housekeeping does a good job and the front desk people are always nice.

Out of a number of hotels that I have stayed in, this is one of the best when it comes to hospitality. Very professional staff. Really clean. The amenities are great. The continental breakfast is excellent. Great hotel. I wish they were in Atlanta Georgia.

This hotel has all the right amenities for comfortable stay. Nothing too fancy, but the right things needed. Rooms were clean, and beds comfy. We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our family of 4. We didn't use all the facilities but checked them out and they looked good. My husband was impressed at the functionality of the strength training facilities - not a large facility but the right equipment for strength workout. Breakfast was adequate for being free - scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast and muffins. Eggs a little salty, but there's good selection - and it's included so don't expect anything too fancy.

We arrived and the hotel itself is in a good area because it was close to a lot of the other activities we were doing. The receptionist was so sweet and made checking in easy. The room was a nice size. The only issue I have with the rook which is really the most important in my opinion was the cleanliness. The bathroom was pretty unsanitary in my opinion. I found body hair on the toilet seat, hair on the shower, the shower itself looks like is not cleaned. Once the stay is finished I will update the review with how breakfast is and the comfiness of the beds.

The check in was quick. Room was ok. Shower wasn’t really clean the glass had water spots all over and no it was not from hard water spots. I wiped them and they came off. Also the breakfast that was supposed to be a hot breakfast was cold! The warmers were not even on (I checked them since my eggs were cold) They were out of almost everything and they still had 30 mins til they closed. Also when I told them they were out of eggs, yes they brought them out pretty quick but they were just barely warm. The potatoes were cold too.
