Comfort Inn & Suites West Chester - North Cincinnati

Stayed there two nights. Good stay for the price. Quiet, wasn't that many guests staying during the time I was there. They evidently had new carpet put in the hallways, for there was a new carpet smell throughout. Should have had the elevator carpet replaced because it was very worn. Very good breakfast variety, and exceptional cinnamon waffles! The lady that prepared the breakfast was super nice, friendly and helpful! She created a gracious eating environment. Would probably stay there again because of no traffic noise.

Attended a conference about 10 minutes from the Comfort Inn and Suites West Chester north of Cincinnati. Check in went smooth and the room was comfortable, bed was clean and spacious. The shower could use a new shower head, but worked well, the bathroom was well lit. The morning breakfast bar provided good food and beverages. Overall a nice relaxing overnight stay and a good way to start the next day.

I arrived at this hotel very late. Once I got to my room, I went directly to shower. The trash can in the bathroom was filled with previous guest trash, including a used dirty pad left wide open for me to see. Then I proceeded to shower. When I closed the curtain, a dirty used rag fell on top of me that was sitting on top of the shower curtain bar. This place does not clean their rooms like they should be!!! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!!!! I was here all of 30mins when this happened. Then went to adjust the AC since it was too warm for our liking and the thermostat screen is completely blank. I can’t adjust the temperature. Needless to say it’s been a very uncomfortable warm night for us. Very dissatisfied with my stay and will make sure to never stay here again when I’m back in

This is the absolute worst hotel I've stayed at! First of all, when we first got there we were told that we had to wait until 3pm to check in, then we noticed that the front desk staff are very unprofessional and unfriendly! Housekeeping went through our clothes which they had no business doing! The room was very dusty and not well cleaned, they barely even cleaned the toilet! Some of our snacks were left on the floor and looked like they were tampered with! The room smelled very weird! Also they only have 1 washer and 1 dryer which makes it difficult to do laundry! And on top of everything, the breakfast at this hotel sucks and tastes funny especially the coffee! I will never ever stay at this hotel again! To everyone reading this, if u want a great hotel then I would go to Homewood Suite

Stayed in one of the king sized bed rooms, for context, though I hope it's true for all lol -- the bed was incredible! The sheets and blankets were so incredibly soft and silky, they may have been the nicest sheets I have ever slept on. The bed was firm but very very comfortable, no springs in my side, it wasnt too dense, and it kept me relatively cool too. The pillows were insanely fluffy and delightful. The room had simple but sweet decor, there was a microwave (little loud on the beeps but not their fault) and the mini fridge worked great and didn't smell weird!! The bathroom was pretty nice too! There was a variety of things for breakfast, though i am not a breakfast person so I cant attest to the quality. The pool was really nice, not too cold nor warm, the little gym was pretty well
