Stay away from this crap hole they want me to write a 100. Letters about this place. They had to give me 3 rooms before they got it, right? And then they didn't reimburse me for anything. The breakfast was horrible. The yogurt was gritty and tasteless. The waffles were light chewing on cardboard, and there was no other thing available.||This is our former great hotel dwindling.In disaster and poor management

We stayed here for two months before our house was ready because it was pet friendly. I have an emotional support dog as well as a cat who is considered an ESA at first the rate was very reasonable at $67 a night. We didn’t realize that room service was mandatory every other day which again was fine in theory up until it started competing with my work schedule and caused a lot of grief, After that I was ordered to pay $21 a day for an extra Pepsi because it was explained that they did not recognize cat as emotional support bringing my grand total up to $89 a day which compete with some of the four star hotels in area. Mind you this is after a full month of being there - They have a policy that you can only stay there 28 days in a row and on day 28th that you have to go to another hotel to

I stayed here 2 months ago when traveling from Michigan to Virginia Beach. I couldn’t believe I didn’t rate it then so I’m rating it now. This place has had friendly staff at the desk both times that I’ve been here, even when I get in late. The lobby and rooms are SO CLEAN. The beds are soft but not too soft that you feel like you might be drowning while you sleep. The only issue I’ve just found this trip is that the beds are a little high for someone like my gma who has trouble getting in and out of them (I did not look into if they have handicap accessible rooms). I’m about to try the breakfast and I’m sure it’ll be great. I know it’s more than packaged pastries - so that’s always a plus. Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would stay here whenever I need to pass throug

They have obviously been upgrading the hotel, and are doing a great job. The gentleman at the desk was awesome. The room was very clean, beds comfy, except one bed was rocky and hits the wall. I love that there was no carpet in the room, also no ugly curtains, just a really nice darkening shade. Clean microwave and cold fridge. The bathroom fan and AC are a little noisy, but not horrible. I heard no noise from outside my room. The hallways had a strange odor🤔. Free, very basic breakfast . The location is perfect, right off of I-81, and it's budget friendly. I would recommend and stay here again. I give 4&1/2**** I wish I had taken pictures before we unloaded and messed up the beds🙄

Our visit was comfortable. The room was clean! The breakfast was adequate although the coffee was not to pie taste! Front desk and staff were friendly and helpful! It’s always a plus when our Doodles are welcome to stay. We will stay here again in the future!
