Quality Inn Winchester

The staff were well trained and friendly. Facility is clean and everything seems to work as it should. The morning breakfast the day I was there consisted of eggs, sausage and waffles you cook. There were also bagels, muffins, cereal and fruit. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again if I'm in the area.

This location is great. Right off 81 and you can walk into Denny's from the lobby. Denny's is open 24 hrs. We stay there when traveling North all the time. Great beds, great water pressure, nice towels, clean rooms and great breakfast. You can find eggs, cereal, fruit, breads, biscuits/gravy, juice and coffee. Everything is clean and hot. Breakfast area is well maintained.

The woman I spoke to on the phone calling from the road was very helpful, asked all the right questions and set us up with a very nice room that night. The breakfast was wonderful. Briskets and gravy! Plus hot waffles, sausages, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels and fruit. The baskets and gravy were very good, says a girl from the south. Very nice stay. We come this way on our way south once a year. I do believe we’ve found a Great place to stay many more times.

This was my first overnight stop on a cross-country trip, and I was genuinely impressed. The reviews brought me here, but the beyond-friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas would bring me right back should I stop in Winchester again. Special thanks to my man, Ben, who only had to reissue something like 8 room keys when they kept demagnetizing by spooky magic (nothing else was touching the cards), yet he never lost his patience or smile. He even reminded ME about my AAA discount, which was so helpful. The wonderful employee who made breakfast the next morning made sure everything was well-stocked and clean. When she called me “sweetie” it just brightened me right up, I only wish I’d gotten her name! So grateful for this experience at the beginning of my very trying journey.

Amber the front desk agent was friendly and very professional. My family and i received a warm welcome upon check in and a thank you for your stay upon departure. Our room was nicely appointed clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Definitely a nice hotel to stay in when visiting Winchester Va. We will return!
