SpringHill Suites by Marriott Winchester

The best thing about this hotel is NO PETS ALLOWED! (Hilton take a hint from Marriott)! It’s very modern and clean. I had to take a star off because there was no hot water for my husband’s shower in the morning. (I had a great shower the night before). The very nice lady at the front desk was very sympathetic. My husband really enjoyed the 2 patty sausage egg sandwich at the complimentary breakfast. I loved all the USB connections everywhere. The bathroom barn door utilized the space better, but with just smoky glass in the door, the bathroom light bothers your partner trying to sleep. Overall a great experience.

Clean and comfortable suite style room . Breakfast has hot options in addition to typical continental making it better than area hotels . Easy to walk to shopping with some chain restaurants Desk staff was disappointing. We asked to move rooms as ours was a few steps from lobby and was told they had no more rooms. That was not true as I was easily able to book another room for same night.

Positive: I travel more than 100 days per year for work. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is VERY clean and the beds comfortable. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I wish I could take this hotel with me everywhere! Negative: ""

Stay here! Probably the best dollar for dollar stay anywhere in the country. My team logs 200+ nights per year and you can't beat this place. Great free breakfast. Multiple and various hot options each day. Hot cocoa bar. Super clean. Responsive staff. Parking lots nearby for large truck parking overnight. Many restaurants and shopping closeby. A+

Spectacular spot for a rest with the Family. So much access to food and shopping all in the same parking lot. The hotel was top notch. Clean, friendly, safe, and had all the amenities. We will definitely stay there again when we travel through that area.
