Hilton Garden Inn Winchester

I hosted an event at this hotel and couldn't have been happier. Erin, the event coordinator, was patient with me and helped answer my questions (I'd not hosted an event like this before). During the event, the staff was amazingly attentive and the room and snacks were beautiful. I'll certainly be back for my next event.

We spent the night here on our way to NY. Use HHONORS points and were upgraded to very nice room on the 4th floor with an ice machine located just across the hall. As a Diamond member we got a food credit and the breakfast did not cost us anything. The room was well appointed and clean and fresh. Ample space for my wife and me. Very friendly staff all around from maid service to front desk to the restaurant. We would definitely stay here if we were back in the area in the future. It is conveniently located to I-81.

Positive: Stayed many times and last experience was mixed Negative: As a returning guest and member of Hilton Honors , the front desk clerk was not accommodating for our complementary breakfast and extended to 2 out of three guests . Still uncertain about returning in the fu.

I like the staff and location a lot its convenient. Landon was great and so was the front desk staff. HOWEVER the rooms walls are paper thin and even worse when you have a conjoined room. I could hear everything from who was next to me and I was here for work all week. Need better insulation for Hilton. Not very impressed at all.

The moment we walked into the hotel Landon made us feel right at home. He greeted us cheerfully and ensured that we had everything we needed. He informed us that the restaurant was open for dinner and the hours for breakfast as well. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant which was absolutely fantastic. I believe several patrons of the restaurant lived locally, so that tells you something about the quality! The room was very comfortable and spacious. We will definitely stay here again, anytime we are traveling this way. Kudos to all the friendly staff at the hotel and restaurant.
