Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Winchester, VA

Overall a great experience every time we come. We've used this hotel several times the past couple of years amd has always treated us well. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is great, rooms are nice. Definitely recommend!

Visited family Christmas day. After a long fun night, we got back to the hotel early AM. After brushing our teeth with hot water, I tried to take a shower. Again nothing but scalding water. We only needed a place to lay our heads and shower but were unable to do the second. The hotel manager was intent on arguing instead of helping. He could have showed concern but wanted to link the price we paid to the level of services we should expect.

Nice place. Our carpet in our room had a small pull in it right in the center of the room. The tv was very small for the size of the room. Just minor cosmetics. Bathroom lovely. Well stocked. Large room with living room area. Nice having fridge, microwave, coffee pot in room. Ice maker on all floors, GREAT breakfast, GREAT location off 81, a lot of nice restaurants for dinner, easy to fill up tank in morning. Nice lady checked us in, just leave room card to check out.

Couldnt be happier with my stay. Check in was easy, rooms were clean and bed bug free, there was a fridge, coffee maker and microwave! Easy shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser in the shower, the kids LOVED the heated indoor pool! There is coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby available At ALL TIMES. The continental breakfast was top notch! Even had sausage gravy! And! 711 was right next door incase you forget your phone charger (guilty)! And if you just wanted a little late night relax without going anywhere, they have a cooler upfront with some high noons and other wines for purchase. I will definitely

I dont normally have much to say about Hotels, but this one had to be reviewed. For the rating it has, our room must have been a fluke. On the outside, it is a nice place. The lobby was welcoming. The guest bathroom, atrocious. The room's bathroom, worse. Upon turning on the light 4 dried feces stains were visible behind the toilet, on the wall. The floor had not been swept in who knows how long because there were more hair, head and pubic, all over the floor. There was dirt accumulated into the patterned depressions of each tile. The shower still had hair in it. The shampoo bottles were at varying levels of empty and were removable from their settings. Pretty sure that means they can be tampered with. Im pretty sure that meets some kind of code violation. The showerhead had more hard wate
