Travelodge by Wyndham Gaylord

Let me try to and keep this short as possible and to the point. First, don't waste your time staying at this hotel. It will be the worst experience with customer service and quality you will ever experience in hotels! We have a service dog, (DAD) and we talked to the reservation department about this to ensure they new he was coming, which we legally do not even have to do along with another dog, a pet, which we knew a charge would occur for. The day of check-out (only stayed one night in emergency situation) we were charged for the service dog as well. Went to the front desk and was told its their hotel policy to ask for documentation and "your lucky you didn't get charged the emergency dog fee of $50" and refused to remove the fee, even after I tried to explain its a federal law and we

Positive: Just happy to get a room. Most hotels were fully booked. Negative: Not clean. Leaky sink. Damaged Refrigerator. Smelled. The bed, however was clean and comfortable.

Oh my goodness, where to begin, only there for 20min and was bit by fleas in the room, I packed my bags and ran as fast as I could!  Tried to get a refund they refused to give my money back,  the place smelled bad the floor was so dirty, and the fleas were everywhere!  Never stay at this place!!

I stayed here in Jan. 2021 when it was the alpine lodge. This hotel has switched hands a few times but for the price it’s good!! I got 2 nights for $153 booked on Expedia. Yeah it’s a little older and maybe the paint is flaking and the trim is a little rough, but our room was clean and most importantly the beds were too! The atrium is also a really cool part of this hotel! Which I thought was really nice too!

My family is here in Gaylord to take care of my parents estate. Second weekend in a row. Each of my family members found Travelodge delightful. Hot tub and pool was great after a hard day of work and memories. Loved the court yard, great set up. Slept well. Staff was great. Thank you for a pleasant , relaxing time, that doesn't break the bank.
