We had a large family gathering in Gaylord and needed somewhere to stay. Initially, we would go to a hotel but wanted to be closer and have more to do. We saw these cabins and noticed it was near a golf course with a little water slide and pool. The cabin was perfect for our little family of 5 and had everything we needed. It is cozy and comfortable, as well as conveniently located. It was very clean, and the check-in/out was quick. The only issue was possibly needing updated bedding since the mattress cover kept coming off. Other than that, we had no problems and a great time.

We stayed a few nights in cabin 2418 in Jan 2025 as part of a ski trip to Treetops (20 mins away). The cabin was nicely updated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The resort was pretty empty mid-week in January, but that suited us fine. One thing to note: you may want to bring bottled water if you don't like the taste of well water. The water has a pretty strong smell and taste.

Great location, secluded and very clean with ample and comfortable beds. Only addition we made is bringing a folding loveseat for additional seating in the living area for TV viewing. If you are a party of more than 2, bring comfortable seating. Great for dogs. Property well maintained for winter and could snowmobile right from front door. Will be back!

The cabins at Beaver Creek Properties are nice to be able to house 30 of us between 3 cabins comfortably. They were clean, the mattresses were comfy. I love the fact I do not have to bring my own bedding. We have been coming here for 3 years and this time the cabins were nicer and cleaner than before. There is an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Activities and an outside waterslide.|It is close to Otsego Lake State Park with great beach and swimming.

It was a very clean cabin. However, if you want to cook there, bring your own pot and pans. We did have broken couch. They kept the grounds very clean, plowed every day!! It was a good vacation! We would come back next winter here! Can't waitto see it in the spring!
