Rude customer service!! Broken dump station forcing us to bring our septic/Black/Gray water home with us! Our sight was in the swamp! Very small sights! The bath houses were never clean and FULL of spiders, webs and mold! No where dry to set your things. The sights in the back seemed ungroomed making it difficult to get bigger campers and rigs through. Also for the price we didn’t expect pit toilets! If this is your style of camping this maybe but be your spot otherwise highly recommend finding somewhere more comfortable for you and your family! The Lake looked gorgeous! We will never be returning here!

Had an unfortunate situation as we approach the boat ramp, and Gavin was quick to add assistance and help me and son help move the boat out of the way. Thank you and I am confident with your service focus you have a bright future ahead of you.

I have stayed at this campground 6 times in the last 5 years . This last time I stayed here it was not what we have become accustomed too at the county park . Everyday of our stay we had to remind the staff to add toilet paper to the bathrooms . Frankly the bathrooms were not cleaned well, or given the attention that they have got In years past. The showers were disgusting. The campsites where not groomed and our fire pits were not cleaned out, they were overflowing with ash . This campground was a great place to stay after our last stay we were disappointed. I seen staff driving around on a gator but no one got off the cart to do routine tasks. The garbage in the bathroom was overflowing everyday . I’m sorry I never left a good review for past experiences that were worthy of a good rev

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Alyssa, one of the park staff members who truly made our stay at Otsego County Park special. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to making sure everything ran smoothly. She was so helpful with any questions we had and handled everything with such calm, capable energy. You can tell she takes pride in her work — the campground was well-maintained, and the kids’ activity she hosted was such a hit with our family! It was refreshing to see someone who not only enjoys what they do, but also does it so well.
