The gentleman at check in .was polite courteous. Understanding. And did everything he could to make it a pleasant visit .small town charm friendly. Rooms are clean .and most have been updated and remodeling still in progress. They try very hard to make your stay pleasant. Evening allowing you pet to be at home with you .

I stayed here for three nights this past October. You can’t beat the price. The rooms are clean and smelled good. It’s just outside of Jacksonville North Carolina maybe two minutes. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be staying here again.

My new digs. They are fixing the place up and it's home. An answer to my prayers to get off that road. Location outside town and very quiet. I love looking out over the field. Very peaceful.

Definitely dont overlook this establishment. Friendly and sympathetic staff. After a stay booked where they leave a light on, the light didnt bother the roaches and the head housekeeper dosen't change soiled sheets. So at a quarter to midnight i was booked here. Upon arival they verified my conformation number and within 10 mins i was snuggled in clean sheets. Room 15 was equally as clean as any other establishment at twice the price. Glad to see someone make an effort to keep old school buildings in service.

I've been living here 3 months now and I love it. Matt is cool. It's pretty quiet. The renovated rooms are actually pretty cozy and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here for the night or if need be long term.
