I stayed at Home2 Suites Jacksonville, NC through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, and the staff truly made it feel like home. Being away during the holidays isn’t easy, but everyone was welcoming, friendly, and kind the entire time. Creating an atmosphere that truly made me feel at home. I stayed in a King Bed Studio Suite, which was the perfect size for 2 adults and a midsize dog. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. Extra cooking items like a crockpot, air fryer, or induction cooktop were available upon request at no additional cost. Positive: "" Negative: Given the wrong class of room. Paid the highest price for the nicest suite but was given a standard room; Found a used wash cloth draped over the shower door, water temperature in shower would only reach lukewarm, oh and I found a baby roach in my bed

We have Family that lives in Jacksonville NC we love staying at this hotel 2 times a year when we are visiting. The staff here are so nice and accommodating! They want to help in any way they can to make your stay better. The hotel and room are kept clean and the housekeepers go out of the way to make sure you have everything you need. We love having the kitchen in the room for simple drinks, meals and snacks. The living area is comfortable and our grandson enjoys spending a night or 2 with us. My husband enjoys the morning complimentary coffee and breakfast offered. I love the way the Hotel Decorates for Christmas and how the staff goes out of the way to ensure guests are taken care of, it helps keep the Christmas Spirit while staying in a Hotel this time of year.We look forward to ou

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The customer service was outstanding. I have to make special mention of the employee at the front desk, Kimberly. She went over and above to help us and make us feel welcome! The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good!! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Jacksonville area!

Was in town for a funeral at a nearby cemetery. Needed a place for a few days, so opted for a little more space than a typical room. Had a one bedroom suite w/ king sized bed.|| Nice and Quiet, back off the busy road. Lots of places nearby to shop and eat, and the veterans cemetery was within about a 10 minute drive.|| Clean room, lots of space, everything worked. No complaints.
