Depending on the wind direction, there's an occasional odor reminiscent of a garbage dump, especially in the front half of the park. The 30amp (at best) power limitation can be quite inadequate for modern rigs. Be prepared to supplement with battery or generator power. Parking spaces are strictly individual, and any modifications to your rig, whether inside or outside, require written approval from the park management. My father lived here for over 10 years. He loved everything about it. I was his caretaker for the last 3 years of his life as he had terminal cancer. The rules on parking and yard upkeep were very stricked but I am not complaining. As those stricked rules are what keeps the place so nice. The management did change a couple of times but the level of outstanding work from those people never faltered. They are good people with excellent work ethics and the management should be recognized for their outstanding contributions. I highly recommend this RV park to anyone who can manage to be patient on the RV waiting list especally if you plan to stay for an extended period of time. This was a great RV Park, but if your looking to get in quick no way - they usually have a long waiting list to get in as long as you don’t have to be out of the park at night your okay. Lots of homeless outside the park itself. They don’t have showers to use outside of your own RV, and one bathroom that is only for the pool area is locked up after hours. If you are looking for a clean place to stay and other great amenities it’s a nice place and price I feel is fair for the area. Not too far from stores or restaurants.

You ARE allowed to have pets; Especially Service Pets, the park is definitely kid friendly and the management is 100% reliable!! My boyfriend and I lived there for almost 2 years and loved it! We never had a problem getting a hold of management! I don’t know what these other people are talking about because it certainly is NOT true! Wayne and Chris are the kindest, hard working and polite dudes around! They always are ready and willing to help and are super friendly about it! We have a cat that they used to stop by and visit! This is a great rv park for extended stay. It is reasonably priced and located with easy access to the freeway and shopping with restaurants. The property is very well taken care of and very clean. Having a storage shed on my site and a bit of space to stretch out in is a big plus. I can park 2 vehicles in my spot with a little paved portion for a gazebo or umbrella to enjoy the beautiful weather here. The is a pool, gym, laundry, car wash area that is covered. It is way better than the rv resort I was staying in north of Morgan hill, prior. Waaaayyy cheaper, too. It's right next to the 880 and 101 interchange. I am very happy.
