I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, the property was clean, and everything was well organized. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The overall service from the staff was great and you can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the guest service representative Star ⭐️. She was absolutely awesome! She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out and made a big difference. Because of Star and the excellent service, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. Tha

I was considering getting a reservation for a family member who is arriving from out of town but one look at this hotel no way would I put my family here. It looks very dirty on the outside with overgrown trees, torn and bent window screens and dirty windows. Needless to say we’d seen enough we didn’t even go inside.

1st time staying at this hotel. We will never stay here again. The hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby looked very nice as well. The check in staff were nice. We were only there for the night. We went to bed, woke up and were getting ready packing our things and my Husband was passing by the TV and noticed a ROACH on the wall above the TV. GROSS. It disappeared behind the TV. Then we saw it, or possibly another one walk across the wall mirror next to the TV and dresser/desk. Thank goodness we were checking out. We went to check out and informed the gal at the front desk. She said they spray, and she never heard of any roaches. THEY DO EXIST. She apologized. Didn't offer any discount. I read in another review of another guest complaining of roaches 4 months ago i wish we check

The only hotel I stay at in San Jose! The first reason is the very reasonable price for the room. The second reason is the amazingly friendly staff. They are so friendly, they remember us each time we come back and it feels like we’re friends. Check in and check out are seamless thanks to the staff at the front desk. Housekeeping staff is very friendly too. The hotel rooms are no frills, but clean and very comfortable. This hotel is pet friendly, and the rooms are being updated. The lobby is large and nicely decorated and during the holidays it was even prettier. Breakfast is not served, but that keeps the cost of the room down which is what we prefer. It is freeway close. We stay there several times a month.
