It's a nice place to stay at. No issues at all. Laundry room is available 24 hrs and they always have coffee and tea available in the lobby 24 hrs. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Definitely enjoyed my stay.

It appears that the property is being used to temporarily house individuals experiencing homelessness while they await permanent placement. One night, the couple in the neighboring room were involved in a serious domestic dispute — yelling, using profanity, and throwing objects throughout the night.||||When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that the hotel has a contract with the state to accommodate low-income individuals. I was also assured that after each guest checks out, the rooms are closed for 2–3 days and undergo fumigation before being reassigned.

This is a newly updated hotel and is well maintained. The hot breakfast buffet each morning is great and is served up until a reasonable time. There is also a pantry that can be accessed at anytime to purchase snacks or pre-made meals that you can take to your room. We didn't eat at the hotel's pub because we were on a business trip and ate with our group, but I can say that the food smelled great! The hotel's catering for our meetings was great! Hummus wrap and burrito bar get extra stars from me! The meeting rooms were nice and accommodated our groups needs well. Also, the service from the front desk all the way to the meeting room servers, was terrific. The room was clean and the space was well thought out. Stayed here for a week for a business trip and I gotta say, this is an amazing hotel. Comes with a kitchen (and a full sized fridge) so perfect for those that want to cook. Location is not bad, nothing too interesting nearby other than a few restaurants and the 7E is about a 10 minute walk but in terms of safety and cleanliness, this place is great. In the hotel there’s also a pool and gym. Didn’t try the pool because it was cold during my visit but the gym was great for simple workouts + cardio. I really enjoyed the breakfast because it had a wide selection of food such as eggs, vegetable, oatmeal, pancake, fruits and event cold brew coffee! A really comfortable stay during my business visit.

Excellent hotel. This is my second time staying here and it has always been a perfect experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff is friendly and professional at all times. Everything works perfectly — I will definitely keep choosing this place for my future visits.
