SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Jose Airport

This is our third time staying at this property and we'll definitely be back. It feels like home. The front desk staff is so friendly and care about making everyone feel welcome whether checking in or out, coming and going, they always greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello. The rooms are bright and cheery. Plenty of room and VERY clean. The breakfasts were well thought out and very enjoyable. The staff at this property has it all together. Truly - they work as a team and it shows. Well done!

This is a great hotel! Extremely clean, large room and friendly service. Laarni spent lots of time helping me and my children at breakfast. She went above and beyond to help us and made our experience so much better. The breakfast was fantastic and all the staff during breakfast kept it well stocked and very clean.

Actually enjoyed the stay. Nice clean room with great guest service. Only thing lacking was the size of the pool. It was tiny considering the hotel shares the location with another hotel and has to share amenities. Pool sign reads 14 max?!!

My family and I came in town for a wedding in Santa Cruz. San Jose was a good midpoint for us between Santa Cruz and a planned trip to San Francisco the day after the wedding. The hotel was clean, had good amenities, comfortable beds, and complimentary breakfast. I felt the room provided everything my family needed and more. The fridge and microwave were helpful when we would go out to eat and bring leftovers back to the room. There were plenty of plugs for our devices and a spacious closet for our belongings. The beds were so comfortable and the temp always felt efficient. There was a sewer smell one of the days that woke us up from our sleep, but I don't know if that was something the hotel could control. Pretty good for a spring Hill. I'll attribute that to the fact that we were traveling to our corporate HQ. Must do a lot of business whether HQ that would be the main reason why this location would do very well. Connected to a residence inn with a shared gym. One recommendation do not put the setup pad on the floor and expect for it not to slip if you accidentally step on it.
