Kasa Downtown San Jose

Everything was great, check-in instructions made it very easy to enter building & everything was clean and neat, virtual front desk was easy to access as well. My only small (microscopic) complaint would be that there isn’t a television in the bedroom. Overall we would definitely return.

Stay was overall great. Apartment was clean, neat and well furnished. Location was what you get for staying in Downtown and next to a college. Some noise at night especially on weekends but i slept through them fine. Nice that the unit came with 2 parking spots. There are multiple buildings in the apartment complex. Getting from the garage to the unit we had a bit of a hassle. Virtual helpdesk was responsive.

Excellent location close to Santana Row and the San Jose Airport. Additionally there is a restaurant row that you can walk to for a later dinner or a drink. The Kasa apartment was very roomy, had huge bathrooms, and had a large balcony. Lots of spaces to work. My puppy enjoyed being able to say hi to the neighbors (my dog is pretty well trained and does not bark at people). Parking is a little complicated but ease to understand after reading the check-in instructions.

After complaints about how they display their cancellation policies (or lack of clearly displaying them), they have seemed to change the way they display them now. Very crooked company. Update 8/16/23: After communicating my issues with how cancellation policies were communicated, they were receptive to my feedback. I am moving from 1 star to 5 stars.

All I can say is don’t listen to all of the reviews, they didn’t read the instructions carefully or at all, lol. Other than it should have tv’s in each room i don’t have anything to say. It was noisy, it wasn’t dirty and most definitely I felt welcomed. Follow the directions to the tea and I swear it will be a perfect stay. I absolutely loved it as did my family, looking forward to booking again in any city, state I travel to, I hope there’s a location. I almost feel as if I don’t want to use any other hotel service now, lol. They are by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at.
