Courtyard by Marriott San Jose North/Silicon Valley

We recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott San Jose Silicon Valley and had a wonderful experience. We booked our stay through AirMiles, and everything went smoothly—from check-in to checkout. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression. We opted for the package that included breakfast, and we were genuinely impressed by the variety, quality, and speed of service at the bistro. The staff there were attentive and efficient, and it was a great way to start each day. The hotel’s location is also super convenient—there’s a Target right in the same parking lot, which made picking up a few essentials easy. Good thing first: the hotel look nice and the room look clean.||Now the down side:|- I had a hard time to understand the front desk guy. I'm so sorry, not trying to be mean but I can't understand Indian accent.|- The hotel was not very clear about airport shuttle. Be aware, they only pick up until 10 pm. We arrived 10:45 pm and had to use Uber to get to the hotel. The only reason we booked this hotel because we thought we will get complimentary airport pick up.|- They still charged us $20/night for service fee even they didn't pick us up at the airport.|- We booked a king room with sofa bed for 3 persons. They didn't have any extra bedsheets for the sofa bed. We called front desk and they said we have to go down to lobby to get it ourself.|- The lobby was very noisy by a lot of asian peopl

We needed to find a comfortable, yet, reasonably priced hotel room on our way back home from a long haul, before our next leg. We were so pleasantly surprised by the value. The king room was spacious, clean, and smelled great. The bed was very comfortable, and the addition of the sofa bed was convenient. We had such a good night’s rest that our family of 3 (toddler included) slept in past 10am. We definitely appreciated the 12pm check-out (most hotels now seem to be 11am). I loved that the hotel was quiet, safe, and located near a Target. I was disappointed that we weren’t able to enjoy the amenities (the pool sounded like a lot of fun), but we had to get back on the road. A wonderful stay!

Our family stayed here while traveling to Santa Clara for a San Francisco 49ers game. Location is great, it's close to Levi Stadium, plenty of restaurants nearby, and Target is in the same parking lot which is very convenient. During check in I was able to make a shuttle reservation to take us to and from the game, a much appreciated service. The hotel and rooms were clean and spacious, our only gripe is the beds weren't very comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We'll stay again in the future.

New, fresh and clean modern design. Nice pool area and the rooms are nicely appointed. Walk next door to target if you need anything. The only negative is breakfast: even with the high status there is no free buffet like most Marriotts. There's a coffee stand and they can make some food if you have the time for that.
