As much as I'd like to give this 5 star hotel 5 stars, I'm going to have to take 2 stars away and rate a 3 star. This is my 2nd stay here within 13 months. I've booked the corner suite both times, I had the same experience both times. 1)The couch strikingly falls short a good 4 inches in width, it's really weird feeling your going to fall to the floor. You feel something is missing that is not supporting your legs. This completely abnormal for a sofa. When my husband sits with the chaise part of the couch his feet are hanging not 1 or 2 feet which may be normal but dangling about 4 feet. 2) The bed is painfully hard, This bed leaves your side so sore it takes about a week to recover. I worry about shifting sides in fear the other side will become just as sore leaving me unable walk. I

The room was very clean... even the desk chair showed upholstery vacuum marks. The space was thoughtfully designed. Good temperature. Smelled pleasant. Great kitchenette size. Large bathroom. Clean carpets and bedding.

This hotel is a great place to stay whether you're in town for business or pleasure. The staff are friendly, helpful, and competent. The hotel is in a nice area, but it can get busy on the adjacent street due to it's proximity to a Costco. Definitely worthy of the 5 star rating.

I was helped by a very pleasant young lady named Arlet Lopez. I'm not good at booking, and usually get beat out a lot of extra fees. Arlet helped me navigate through my reservation and find suitable fees. I left the counter feeling really good about myself and the experience.
