Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Pleasanton

Excellent location ...Walk to BART station, close to 580/680. Located in commercial hub. Good service by front desk staff. Rooms are not cleaned daily, if staying for long term (we stayed from 2/19 to 2/28) Only weekly cleaning and towel changes on request. Excellent breakfast. Rooms can be better maintained. Bathroom needs some work to make it more appealing, and they should remove the carpets in the floor. The dark colored carpets spoil the appearance. Though not ideal, good for a week stay

Disappointing Stay at Larkspur Landing Extended Stay|Although the location was convenient for my event, my experience at Larkspur Landing Extended Stay was very disappointing. I reserved three suites, and despite confirming details with the property beforehand, the manager, Amanda, was unaccommodating and showed little empathy for our concerns.|While the Halloween decorations in the lobby were festive, the condition and cleanliness of the property were unacceptable. The hotel had a strong moldy odor and dirty carpets throughout. The ice machine was located in the laundry room, which was soo hot it was uncomfortable to use. The elevators and hallways were also hot, stuffy, and smelled unpleasant, suggesting poor ventilation or no air conditioning.|My suite appeared somewhat clean but had an

The room was clean.The amenities were terrible the breakfast in the morning Was good but the amenities were garbage and it was stains all over the hallways on the carpet, The amenities were sprite ,Coke, Diet Coke kitkat,twix popcorn , snickers. And waters, and maybe a couple Aspirin Or something for your stomach cup soup and Mac and cheese it was a joke. I've seen better in a low low budget. Hotel.

This is my 3rd time at this hotel in 5 years. The first was a disaster. Bad breakfast, dirty room etc. I came again last year one night with a positive experience and so this year the rate was good so I booked a 5 night stay. Let me list the reasons why this is now my go to hotel: Clean-smoke free Comfortable Easy access-2 BART stations and 2 major freeways NS and EW all w/i a mile Major Bike/walk Trail - Ironhorse - within a mile Stoneridge Mall or Walmart 1mi Great rates Nice kitchenette in room VERY HELPFUL FRIENDLY STAFF Generous breakfast And they told me to bring my bike into my room The only drawback is the large screen TV was dated and didn’t support some of the movie choices from my Apps. The location was convenient since it’s directly across the street from Tommy T’s, which was a plus. However, we were not informed ahead of time about a $150 holding fee, which was frustrating. Upon check-in, the level of hospitality did not meet expectations. The room itself was disappointing: the air vents were dirty, so when the AC was turned on, dust blew into the room. The carpet was peeling up in places, and the bathroom drain was difficult to operate, causing the bathtub to fill with water while showering. The soap provided in the bathroom also made my skin itch. To make matters worse, the walk to our room was unpleasant. The second-floor hallway had a strong, horrible odor that made the experience even more uncomfortable. Did I mention we got the suite?
