Hyatt House Pleasanton

Used an expiring free night. Ended up being very surprised! Room was spacious & clean. Loved that it has a full size fridge, oven & microwave. Also love shower stall. Staff was very friendly. Check in was quick & efficient. Had to walk up 1 flight of stairs, but i only brought backpack, so easy easy. Breakfast choices might have been better - perhaps larger fruit selection. But, there was oatmeal & scrambled eggs. I finished entire breakfast. I was very happy with free parking. Hope they start putting in chargers soon. Only downside: exterior could use a serious power washing. Other than that, I would absolutely stay here again & would recommend to others.

Had a free night set to expire. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of parking available. ||Room had full, working kitchen- nice touch. ||Bed/pillows were comfortable enough- I actually got some sleep!||Stand up shower was a plus.||Exterior could use power wash to refresh. ||Laundry facilities on site & stores were only a few mins drive||Would absolutely stay here again

Positive: Front desk clerk was so awesome. She was super efficient. Very very nice to work with. Unfortunately once we had a problem the next front desk lady was terrible. And we requested to speak with a manager who never called us back. Negative: We had a 2 king suite. 1 of the bedrooms had a motion light inside the bedroom that every time you slept and turned over in bed, the lights would come on. It was absolutely horrendous. When we addressed it with the front desk, they didn?t care.

Clean room, excellent staff. Breakfast was hot and served with a good variety. Having the kitchen in the room was the best as it gave me the flexibility for veg food options. Apna grocery market being right across the street was another plus and convenience.

I stayed here a few months because of a work assignment. Nice overall quiet facility but needs some updating. Service was good and overall long term stay here was enjoyable. Had to find somewhere else to stay because they stop offering government rates.
