DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pleasanton at the Club

I'm not the type to get hyperbolic about reviews, nor am I the type to get strictly upset at those who provide me a service. I travel for work and I've stayed at over 500 hotels in the last 2 years of my life, and I'm going to tell you that this is the best one I've ever stayed at between every two and five star hotel in every state in the US and province in Canada. That is not just down to the location which is amazing, quiet and beautiful, that's also down to the service. Thank you so much to this Hotel staff and crew, I had an amazing stay here and I can't wait to come back!

Positive: Their hot tub and the room was nice. People were nice. I love the cookies! Negative: Just that there’s no microwave in the room.

I booked a room block in October as well as booked the ballroom & patio for 2 separate events for my wedding weekend. Tiffany and Jocelyn had spent the whole year planning my henna night and post-wedding brunch with me, and everything was perfect. They also were extremely attentive to my guests who booked the room block. Tiffany remained in perfect communication with me the whole year and made my dreams come true! I couldn’t be more grateful for my event planning experience with them. The whole staff at this Double Tree is professional, caring, and super organized. I would do it again 100 times if I could.

This is a older property but very well maintained. I enjoyed the one night I stayed. The room was clean, no stains on the carpets and the sofa even had fresh vacuum marks. There is plenty of parking and its right next to the freeway so the location is ideal. Check in was a breeze and the staff represented the Hilton brand to the T! I definitely will consider this property again when I dont feel like making that long commute to work.

Very disinterested staff upon check-in. Any questions we had were met with really don't know. Maybe you should check again in the morning like every other Hilton property that's not top tier. There is absolutely no way to get breakfast or lunch and when we were there even the option to get dinner were limited due to a wedding. I understand that. I don't understand why holton doesn't offer even room service for lunch. I guess it's the cut cost. Hotel itself was in need of a renovation. The rooms were on par with a motel. 6. In my opinion not that ever been in one but if I imagine what a motel 6 room look like it would be this one. I can tell you the company points to Hilton properties, but I rather pay for things out of my pocket and go to a Marriott property. Even Marriott's lowest end hot
