Pleasanton Marriott

Stayed here while on a business trip. The rooms are fine, but the whole place is kinda dated, and could really use a renovation. Service is top notch! Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, I really liked the lounge, there were always nice beverage and snack options available there. Would be nice if there was an option for custom hit breakfast for elites, like some other places offer. Very convenient location, would stay at again if I am in the area.

I truly love staying at the Pleasanton Marriott. They always accommodate my mobile check in. The property is well kept, the beds are top notch and the service is the best. Byron at check-in is very welcoming and polite. I rather stay here and drive further into work than to stay closer to the office! Highly Recommend.

Positive: The pool Negative: The staff was rude. And I was giving the wrong room and told theres was nothing that can be done about it. Loud music all night long. I requested a early check in to get dressed for funeral and was told no by staff they didnt even look up my name.

My preferred location when I have to stay in the Bay Area. Hotel staff is always nice. Never had an issue whatsoever. The rooms are always clean and comfy. The Marriott lounge is my favorite. Definitely recommend.
