If I could give zero stars I would. We were booked here thru a tournament agency. One of our teammates checked in and there was hair and dirt on the mattress. They gave him a new room. THERE WERE BEDBUGS. When the rest of the team found out, none of us wanted to stay there. They refused to refund us. They also asked the teammate why he told the rest of the team. The front desk staff was snarky and repeated stated “it was only one room!” I’m sorry, but one room means ALL ROOMS. Zero stars. Do not recommend.

Loved this hotel. We stayed overnight as part of a long weekend date, and I’m glad we booked here. The hallways are quite and we didn’t hear any noise in the morning! Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful! The rooms had an updated decor, great furnishings and a really nice kitchen! The bathroom door is a bit “in the way”, but the bathroom is nice and the whole room was spotless clean. We enjoyed lunch in a Longhorn Steakhouse nearby, and spent the afternoon shopping in the outlet mall. I’m definitely going to go out of my way to stay here next time we’re looking to enjoy time in the area.

Wanted to compliment for the special service received during my stay. I had my 5 yo daughter with me and we were visiting family. My daughter had unfortunately dropped her friendship bracelet down the sink one morning. I let the front desk know and they were very kind and said they would send someone over. We came back to our room later that day and found the bracelet had been retrieved and cleaned off for us, we were both very appreciative! In general this is one of the nicer and better kept hotels I’ve frequented in this area, would greatly recommend.

Our room and bathroom were clean and well kept. The biggest issue we had was the room we stayed in on the second floor above the pool raddled all night long because of a heater or steam vent. The noise along with the vibration of it raddled the windows and kept us up at night. If they fix this issue the room/hotel would have 5 stars.

The Marriott name suggests certain standards in hospitality, cleanliness and safety. This hotel flat out failed! Upon check in I found mold in the bathroom; no big deal. Things happen. The last night of our stay, 15-20 kids were running up and down the hall in the floor above us. I messaged the front desk for it to be solved. The noise continued for another 20 minutes so I went upstairs. There were hockey sticks all over the hallway with kids running amok. Told them to stop and get mom and dad. Then I went downstairs to the front desk. She was supper busy with her personal phone. Told me she went upstairs and talked to them—no way as the noise did not cease even temporarily.
