Hampton Inn & Suites York South

Cannot recommend due to poor room cleaning and inconsistent service. Our room was not serviced according to the “every other day” schedule and we needed to remind the staff multiple times to schedule a service to the room. There were a few days where the cleaning was completely missed despite confirming room tidying with the staff the evening before. Therefore I would not recommend the hotel based on this as there is other hotels in the area with better service quality and better cleanliness. Stayed December 2025. Adequate room size and location.

I stay a hotels 100+ nights a year and this is one of the BEST Hilton properties I've ever been at. Not just because of the building, but because of the staff. Every person I met was super-friendly and responsive, taking the time to have a conversation with guests and make sure their stay was enjoyable. If I am back in the area, I will certainly stay here again. Location ius awesome with good restaurants within walking distance.

Super close to 83. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Shout out to Michelle for having a nice conversation with me this evening while I was dropping off my dad. Super clean and cozy room. Nice little snack store as well.

My wife and I were displaced by a fire and because of that, we stayed here for 4 weeks. The hotel stay was one of the best we've had. Your staff is also some of the most friendliest staff we've encountered as well, especially Teddi and Michele. They were very caring and made our stay as pleasant as possible during a very difficult time. Thank so much!
