Sleep Inn North - Central York

Victoria and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Victoria provided a free upgrade, which we appreciated. The room was clean but slightly worn. The breakfast buffet hours ending at 9:00 am were too early for weekend travelers. There was a shattered outside window in the hotel entrance. More care should be given to appearances for this hotel to get a higher rating. The staff was a shining example of hospitality.

The best sleep I have had in a long time even at high end hotels. Perfect mattress, perfect pillow, perfect room temperature. Nice size bathroom, clean, great bar soap and room comfortable. I have already recommended this hotel to others.

Great place to stay. Rooms were very clean and Victoria, who is at the check-in desk, is super fantastic. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and location area. Looking forward to staying there again.

My overall experience and stay was just OK. I feel that hotel staff is friendly and nice, however I would not say that hotel was clean. I would definitely describe it as not dirty because it’s relatively new, however my experience with people smoking was significant. My bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Same with AC once it’s on as my room was just by the front entrance where people smoke.

Very friendly staff, clean room, however there was a leak in bathroom that kept floor wet. I did bring it up to the front desk a they did immediately offer to move us to another room. Hot breakfast was good, just wish there was sugar free syrup for the waffles, but overall very good breakfast. Will stay at hotel again.
