We had to stay at this hotel unexpectedly after our home flooded, and what could have been an overwhelming experience was made so much easier because of Ray at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond in caring for us during our stay. Ray was consistently warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. She treated us with genuine compassion and made us feel less like displaced guests and more like valued family. Her professionalism and heart made all the difference during a very difficult time. We are so grateful for her and hope the hotel knows what an incredible asset she is!

Positive: 24 hr coffee. Walking distance to Cheddars and Sheetz gas station. Negative: Extra chair in room.

I loved the updated/styled look of the hotel but overall, the rooms as well as the fitness center were pretty basic/small. Price and location was great. Fitness center was 24/7, and had what I needed for my regiment, but with one or two more guests in the space, felt too crowded. The lobby… GORGEOUS (see photos!). Really cool having the pool table and boardgame lounge; we really loved this! Breakfast was good. Coffee at breakfast was better than afternoon coffee (coffee and tea is out 24/7, and it’s LaVazza, which is tasty!). Staff at breakfast was excellent with ingredient checking for me behalf of my food allergies. They still had some options that I could eat, as well (which I don’t always find while traveling). Nice hotel but acoustics are terrible. Need sound proofing between floors and dampening in halls. Skylar at reception was great, and breakfast was good. Would consider staying again if passing thru, but please do something to dampen the noise.

This is a very clean and friendly hotel. The lobby is clean and well stocked with snacks info and drinks, including complimentary hot beverages. The staff is great. We didn't stay for breakfast but it looked to have a lot of options. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend.
