Horrible service!!! My husband and I came to have a night out paid $370 for one night. The toilet would not flush when we got there. TWICE within the same day we had to have someone come and fix it. I was horrified that I had to ask for the second time to come fix it again. I didn’t want to have to cross my fingers it was not going to happen again and did not trust to stay there any longer being I was told they were sold out for the night. I was told, I would get a refund by the manager the next day. After speaking to them they refused to refund me. Who pays $370 dollars for a room without a working toilet. Things happen but the fact they didn’t try to make it right just made the experience worse. You don’t deserve stars!!!

What was wrong: Shower ceiling leaking. TV turned itself on in middle of night. Shower flooded and no shower curtain. Broken toilet in lobby area. Clueless staff.

Don’t stay here. You have been warned. I booked this hotel under one rate. Weeks later right before the travel, they called me to tell me they were increasing the rate several hundred dollars because it was the high season and the hotel made a mistake on the lower rate. I tried to explain that I wouldn’t have booked the hotel had I had know that they would change the rate on me but by then no other hotels were available. Complete swindlers at this hotel.

Really nice place in an ideal location. Close to the freeway and new shopping center with lots of places to eat. My job puts me up there for work.

Absolutely the BEST!!! Aerley the bartender made it the best!!! Highly recommend as as Titanium Elite with Marriott.
