Comfort Inn & Suites Surprise Near Sun City West

This hotel is fine. Pool is ok but it doesn't have a hot tub. Small patio area should be made larger. Breakfast is average but breakfast area is small and fills up quickly. Rooms are fine but some of the furniture in the suites,namely the couches and and easy chairs,are worn and stained. But the wood furniture seems new. Bed cover was strangely stained as well. Bathroom was fine but high bowl toilets would be nice. Kind of a mixed bag,not sure I would recommend, but you can do a lot worse...

The property was fine, no real complaints with the cleanliness. Breakfast was what you would expect, no complaints. The exercise equipment was basic but fine. I had a few issues with the room:||1) For the morning I left, I called the Front Desk and asked for a wake-up call for 4:15am. The call came at 3:45am. As if I wasn't going to be up long enough as it was?||2) The electrical outlet for the hair dryer did not work. Good thing I brought my own hd.||3) I was able to access one of the streaming apps on the tv the 1st night, but not the rest of my stay. Definitely disappointing.

Stayed here 2 nights and both days were amazing! Indoor pool was perfect to take the kids since its winter time. Free breakfast in the morning was yummy. All front desk people were so nice especially Kevin!!!

The team is very professional. Andrea worked SOOOOO hard to make sure our Sunday breakfast was complete. The front desk staff was quite helpful when we needed to make a change. The rooms are clean and comfy. We have been here before and definitely decided to return. Some of the Choice hotels have gone downhill lately. This one has NOT!!!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Krystina was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. It truly made a big difference and left a lasting impression. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
