Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix NW/Surprise

Overall a very good experience. We needed this location as it was close to some places we wanted to visit. The staff gave us a nice 2 bedroom upgrade which made for a much more pleasant trip. Breakfast was good (coffee great) and the dining area was relaxing to eat in. The kitchen in our room was fully functional and the beds comfy too. If you like to walk in the mornings the area surrounding the hotel is a great place to do that.

Thank you Travis and your Team. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, friendly, professional, truly a reflection on excellent hospitality. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained and so comfortable. I especially appreciate the attention to details and cleanliness and presentation. The breakfast area was another highlight absolutely delicious with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options and such a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fabulous thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this Residence Inn Marriott to friends and family.

Great front desk staff; so helpful and offered water bottles while we waited on room. Clean interior and exterior - easy free parking - close to downtown museums and area family. Substantial breakfast with menu showing items available We thought it was good and easy before we headed out - great dark coffee. We had the 2 BR suite and it worked great for family.

My family and I stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights and were incredibly pleased with our stay. The room was perfect (2 bedroom suite with kitchen) and the property itself was very well maintained. We would come back in a heartbeat to this property not only because of the room and amenities but the staff were probably the most friendly that I have ever met. Everyone was great but the staff that was there everyday serving breakfast were the best ever with their friendly smiles and ability to keep everything stocked while still having to serve individual hot food items. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again if we are in the area.

Front desk staff was excellent ! The breakfast staff was very helpful. Housekeeping kept our room in tiptop shape. We were uprooted due to plumping issues in our home and our landlord booked our stay at this location while the repairs took place and it was definitely appreciated! I appreciated it was 1.6 miles from home and my child’s school. It had a full kitchen wtih a stove, oven, actual fridge and freezer, and dishwasher so I could keep proper meals while we were displaced. My 7 year old loved the pool, especially because it was a nice temperature and appreciated the poolside stocked towels.
