Mi Casa Mobile Home Rv Park

I love this little RV park! Its so quiet and clean. The manager, Donna, is amazing! The people are also very nice neighbors. You can't beat the price!

I recently just moved here to this mobile home park the lot space is a decent size the office manager is very nice but the neighbors could stand to be a little bit more friendly and not so nosy

Bought a place and can’t be comfortable at all people make it Impossible to be happy around here. Totally made up lies had the cops called for no real reason. Should be labeled 55and older only park. Less then one month we wanted to move out.

2017 traveled from East Coast to Surprise, paid for 3 months up front, shown site etc. Day before arrival text message that there wasn’t a place for us. Hard to find another place and we to this date have not received our money back. Randy (owner at the time) is a real piece of work. I don’t recommend anyone stay here.

My son is currently getting ripped off as well. Keeps getting told he'll get keys "tomorrow." Has been given excuse after excuse. We're going to try and get his money back. Avoid this trailer park!
