Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Surprise Prasada

I asked for at least change of towels and trash out each day. I made sure the do not disturb sign was off the door, yet 2 out of 6 nights we came back to no towels. One night the trash was the only thing done. I walked down to front desk and she gave me towels and stated no laundry service was the reason. The next time, I called down and another lady brought me two bath towels and 2 bath mats! |The breakfast was awful, IF you could even get there on time. No cream except basic, and once breakfast was over.. no coffee at all! |Hotel is new, but beds were very uncomfortable, and the bedding looked old. |There’s other choices in Surprise, look for a different hotel.

Was a good hotel to stay at. The only issue I had was the water does not get hot even all the way on hot. At best it was luke warm. Other than that the staff is great, breakfast good, rooms still nice (it is a new location) Its also so close to everything.

Disappointing Stay with Unwelcoming Service and Cleanliness Issues My recent stay at Fairfield Inn Surprise Prasada was highly disappointing. Arriving at 1am, the front desk staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful, setting a poor tone for the visit. The room had noticeable cleanliness issues, with a dirty bathroom and closet handle. The room temperature was inconsistent throughout the stay, making it uncomfortable. Mid-trip, the lobby developed a foul rotten egg smell, which was unpleasant and unaddressed. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inconvenienced by requests and lacked knowledge about status perks, failing to provide the expected level of service. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, a new property it was disappointing.

The hotel feels brand new. All of the staff were pleasant. Every time I stay at a faiefield, the morning breakfast staff is always so pleasant. It's really a nice way to start the day.

Brand new hotel, great staff, good location, plus breakfast and a full service bar.
