Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix-Surprise

I picked this hotel because of its location. My husband wanted to go to some Spring Training games. It is in a great location for easy access to get around town. There are a lot of restaurants close by, a Walmart and anything else you might need. The rooms are clean, employees are soooo nice and the breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel. I am not kidding. The breakfast was impressive taste wise. Plus the town is so easy to navigate. Surprise AZ was definitely a pleasant surprise.

An excellent experience with the Hampton Inn and Suites in Surprise, AZ. We were there for a large family gathering. The front desk personnel were all great, but a big shout out to Paula who was fabulous. She was very accommodating to our group needs, and had great suggestions for nearby restaurants. She and all of the hotel staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. Check in and out was a smooth and accurate process.||The facilities were in very good shape. Room was reasonable size, as was the bathroom. Electrical outlets by the beds were numerous. I normally take along a short extension cord with multiple outlets just in case, but definitely didn't need this time. Great! Room was clean, HVAC worked well. Beds were comfortable.||Breakfast was excellent as well. Plenty of offerings

Great people at this location! I love it when a Hilton employee can actually talk about traveling and visiting other Hilton family hotels! Appreciated the late check out and eagerness to help! Shout out to Paula, Lindy, and Mara! Also note this EV station actually works!! Clean rooms and delicious breakfast. This Hampton Inn checks off all the boxes! Will stay here again!!

Positive: The hotel seemed clean and the pool was warm Negative: Since we didn't request room cleaning, we didnt get fresh towels and coffee packets. I had to go down and ask for this. I understood the desk clerk to say that we would still get fresh towels.

It's a Hampton in, not much to say... Basic room, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk crew, both morning and night were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised by the breakfast, it was delicious with many options.
