I was told when you check in you receive a welcome bag - I did not.|First night the cable did not work |Night clerk had no idea what he was doing because it was his first day - so it was not fixed until 9am the next day.|This is hotel is listed as PET FRIENDLY, took my puppies for a walk in the designated dog area and found Mushrooms 🍄 growing in the area - poisonousto dogs, an empty poop dispenser and 2 piles of boards for owners to trip over. |I reported all of this to the front desk, the response was, "we'll take care of it".|Housekeeping is really nice, though sometimes forgetful, first time they forgot to dump my trash. |And breakfast is decent.

Mostly clean and quiet place. The appliances need to be updated but they work well. Some walls and furniture need an extra cleaning. Breakfast is good (Asian and American style). Pool was nice, my kid really enjoy it.

4 stars due to location near SJC and by far the most reasonable priced hotel. Paid $285 for a one room suite. Room was clean, service was fine, and best is a full coffee maker with cup, not the plastic cup but a real cup. Free breakfast too, can't beat it for the price/location.

Decent stay overall. Room was clean but showing wear. Comfortable bed, though pillows were too soft. Friendly front desk staff, but housekeeping missed our room one day. Breakfast selection was limited but fresh. Good location near attractions. Reasonable value, but nothing exceptional to justify a higher price.

Overall clean facility and room. Offers complimentary breakfast. Appliances (refrigerator, stove) are older from like the 70's but I didn't have a need to try them out. The only issue I had was this morning I asked for a bottle of water at checkout and the person at the front desk refused to provide me a complimentary bottle and told me I need to purchase it. Twice during my stay, I was given complimentary water when asked, but she refused rather coyly. If I'm paying nearly $200 a night for a stay, you'd think they could provide a bottle of water when needed.
