TownePlace Suites by Marriott Rochester South

There are warm and welcoming staff throughout the hotel, from housekeeping to front desk. The room was sparkling clean and well appointed. Fitness center had a wide variety of options. On site laundry and the breakfast make this a fantastic option for travel to the Rochester area.

Brand New Hotel! What a great addition to the area and to the Marriott brand! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Didn't cut corners on the build or finishing touches as all the little things here and there don't go unnoticed. Extremely clean property with a great breakfast and coffee/lounge area. Great hotel with a smooth check-in experience and friendly breakfast staff. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The continental breakfast was also good.

Front desk person in the morning and early afternoon not friendly at all. No kitchen trash basket and no kitchen towels. Very heavy bed quilt almost buried me and the desk chair was very stiff and hard
