Nice and cozy hotel with clean rooms. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours, which is a great bonus. The rooms also have a sofa bed, so they can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Overall, it’s a good value for the price. The only issue was with the front desk. When we checked in, the staff member kindly said a one-hour late checkout would be fine. However, the next morning a different employee refused to extend it even by one hour. It was a Sunday and the hotel didn’t seem busy, and he didn’t even check the system — he just said no. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable.

The staff were friendly and the room was okay in terms of cleanliness; however, the walls were very thin. I could hear my neighbor’s entire conversation about her marriage throughout the night. I’ll likely stay elsewhere if I visit the town again.

Positive: Location Negative: Staff was rude. Made us move rooms because the person in the room under us said we were too loud. We had gone out to dinner and left tv on. It wasn't that loudWe moved our stuff at 10:30 pm. Breakfast was not refreshed. Not kitchen staff around

I’ve now been here for 5 days and have reservations for another 10 days, for work. Summary: This room is a very good value. I’m told Towneplace Suites Horsham is under new management. Yes, the pool is permanently closed, it’s November in Pennsylvania. Yes, the room are dated. No USB charging ports. “BUT”, my room is clean and quiet. Appliances are adequate and clean. I can prepare meals. Furniture is clean and in good working order, no tears or stains. Hot basic breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage, Jimmy Dean version of egg McMuffin, oatmeal, yogurt and cold cereal. Internet service has been reliable and good for streaming video. Tiny gym: one stair master, one treadmill. This hotel is a very very good value. If they can maintain this price and this quality, Marriott has a good budge

This location was fair. Need some updates. The tv had a control volume on it, the toilet seat didn't fix the toilet. No shades ,just curtains ,kitchen stove small,lights in bedroom not bright. The layout was nice ,hardwood floors in my bathroom. Not extending hours on Sundays. You can hear people going up down the stairs,walking over your head. Clean hallways, this is good for overnite stay.
