Extended Stay America Suites- Philadelphia - Horsham - Welsh Rd.

I have been staying here since September 18th. I love it so much here that I keep extending my time here. The property is beautiful. The wildlife and nature is amazing to view. The staff are wonderful. Each and every one of them are kind, courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to help you. They rooms are well kept. The room is basically a mini studio apartment. The hotel is also pet friendly. They environment is nice, pleasant and safe. Management is the best!!! I highly recommend Extended Stay America Horsham if your in need of lodging.

Positive: Free parking. Negative: The hallway carpets were filthy. The shower curtain rod was leaning. The water leaked around the knobs when we used the Tossey in the bathroom, which wet our toiletries. The Tossey in the kitchen sink sprayed when we turned on the water.

This place is nothing nice or fancy. Most of the staff is nice. I have had to stay here a few times….. Unfortunately i began noticing the cleaning was absolutely not up to standard. Tubs and sinks left dirty, insects, and the bathroom sink in my last room would not drain. Had to use kitchen sink to wash hands and brush teeth. last time i stayed there, i had to extend my stay an extra day. Worked it out with the front desk, paid everything. Then later on a staff member comes trying to open my door to clean. I guess they did not communicate the room was still occupied. I made it clear i was still in there I needed a minute, i was just getting out the shower and he opened the door anyway. Im glad the latch lock was on because he would have walked in on me coming out the shower! I did not feel

I love this hotel, such a great long term stay spot! I love how this hotel has a kitchen for cooking and they provide the pots and pans with plates ect. I really enjoy the staff here they are always so friendly and welcoming! The rooms are so clean and cozy!

The staff does the best they can with the limited resources they have to give the many guests the best possible stay. The front desk manager really does like her job and you can tell by how well she and the staff keeps everything clean and she even decorates the lobby to make you feel welcome. Your property is in desperate need if renovation and the employees could use some incentives because they really take pride in what they do. The staff could use the amenities the guests are promised! Stoppers for tubs,new seats for potties as well as chairs and tables that aren't constantly in need of repair. Push strainers, dining wear,cook wear, blow dryers etc.... these are just the promised things that were needed in the room in which we are staying. |Sincerely,|Mr. And Mrs. Rickie Wayne Hopki
