Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Willow Grove

Wonderful. The breakfast was great. The facilities sparkled. Most of all, the staff was friendly and went out of their way to provide knowledge of the area and provide comfort. Tyrese and Mara were especially helpful and quite professional. I would definitely stay again.

Positive: "" Negative: The fitness room equipment did not work properly. One treadmill was stuck in a high incline, the other would not go up at all.

I've stayed at this location for weeks at a time over the past several months and highly recommend it. The staff is incredibly responsive, the rooms are comfortable and most importantly I feel safe there. I love Marriott hotels in general, but this location has essentially been my home away from home – so thank you for making it so welcoming.

Come see for yourself ! Glad I ignored the other reviews . This is a nice hotel ! Great location, HUGE property and the staff is awesome ! Prior to check in I spoke to a Nice woman named Nicole . She was very friendly and answered all my questions . I got to meet her the next day while she was working breakfast and she was just as sweet as she was on the telephone . Upon check in there was Anya . What a great young lady. She was very friendly helpful and kind . Once I got to my room I was missing some kitchen essentials and she brought them to me (mind you it was raining and a far walk . ) She came with a smile and said if I need anything else to call back . I’m like NO WAY would I call her back into the rain 😂😂. And last but not least was Mara . There was some confusion about a charge on

Great location, quite ,clean rooms,kitchenette,fresh linens and staff totally professional. Cleaning staff helpful & professional. Real fireplace for a cold night. Great for short term living also. A safe place to lay your head. A+++×
