Positive: The hotel smelled good when I walked in. It wasn't too cold. Also the bathroom was amazing. The kitchen area was nice as well. Negative: There was dog poop on the pavement walking into the hotel. There was extra carpet left in the hotel under the thermostat. Lastly there was food left in the hotel prior to my stay.

Needed a place to stay for the night due to issues experienced at an Airbnb. We have an infant and the kitchenette was helpful in preparing and cleaning baby bottles. Only con was the hallways smelled awful. However— our room was very clean and smelled the complete opposite (good). The bathroom was newly updated with amazing shower (hot and great pressure). Didn’t really have noise issues. It’s tucked away in a business park and in a safe area. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchenette had a ton of cooking ware, dishes and glasses!

I had stayed 9 nights and up to that point had no problems. I reserved through Agoda except for one night when the GM offered me the same rate. The next night the desk clerk offered me the same rate but I reserved through Agoda again. When the weekend approached I saw that the room type that I needed was not available. I went to the front desk at 1:00 am and GM Gandhi was asleep in a chair with ear buds in. I called out a few times. When he heard me finally he jumped up and asked if I was checking in. He saw me everyday and knew me well enough yet he was disoriented. His breath was strong with the smell of alcohol. I told him my issue and he said that he would offer me the same rate for the next 3 nights that I had been getting with Agoda, but he told me to come back in the morning. He sta

The first floor smelled like urine. My floor smelled of pot. The side door was always propped open, so poor security. Only half the channels on the TV worked (something wrong with the service). People would smoke right next to the entrance door and side door, so the smoke would waft back into the hotel. Room was relatively clean, but honestly didn't look too much into it. Cops showed up twice to the hotel, not sure why. I will never stay there again.

i stayed here with my daughter when we had an (urgent) issue at home and I needed to literally find a place to sleep last minute . We arrived around 9pm on a school night - the room was like a little apartment and definitely exceeded my expectations for the price paid .. a full kitchen, private bedroom with a door, was clean and had a fast and easy check in. We both got a good night sleep and left early. The only issue i’m having is I left my laptop charger I believe in room (237) and I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone on the phone , it just keeps ringing ….i will change to 5 if I can get ahold of someone!
