MainStay Suites Horsham - Philadelphia

My room was very clean and tidy. I loved the kitchenette! The full size refrigerator was a big plus. From check -in to housekeeping, the staff is very courteous and friendly. Morgan rocks! I appreciate the breakfast staff. Especially the young woman who made some Turkey sausage links for me! Thank you!

The staff was very friendly, Nate at very accommodating and breakfast attendant was great. The rooms were the shortcoming, we moved three times as the rooms had a combined smell of Moth balls, bad food and an underlying odor. After the third room assignment we went to the store to put dryer sheets in the ac unit. There were mouse traps under the furniture. The room sat right in 611, with thin windows that did not diminish the traffic sounds. A plus was the full size refrigerator. Bathroom very small and door would not close. Treadmill in fitness center did not work, used elliptical instead. Again staff great, but property is old and smelly.

I was alone I needed to feel safe and I did in this hotel. Front desk gal very pleasant and helpful. I asked for a quiet room. She put me in 410. I thought great but…it’s on the noisy street side. Ugh! I’m a light sleeper so I got about 5 hours each night. The roof top fan is connected to my exhaust fan. Runs loud and constantly. Had to keep the bathroom door closed. The bathroom was updated and pretty. |Wish it had a wall magnifying mirror. I’m in my 60’s so trying to put on makeup with the regular mirror wasn’t easy. |The room was clean & comfortable, nice bed with a sofa to relax on. We stayed at the hotel from 1st -21st of November 2025. We had a suite which came with kitchenette, full fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and utensils. Hot cooked food was served every morning. Staff namely: Juan, Barbara, Manny, Morgan were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Do not book a stay at this hotel. The front desk staff are horrible with disgusting attitudes. The place is filled with mice & they act as if they don’t exist. The place smells horrible. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There are people that stay in this hotel that makes you feel unsafe & the staff does nothing about it. Attached photos shows mice poop on countertops. So disgusting.
