Extended Stay America Suites- Philadelphia - Horsham - Dresher Rd.

From day one I been here. I been here for 2 weeks I think it is right now. Everyone that I talk to and see. From the front desk to the clean Every one. There nice sweet and helpful. Than the room are the best that I ever see. I enjoy my time here

I've never walked in and not felt welcomed, quick check-in and off to your room you go. Any issues are delt with promptly. The staff have always been amazing, with Ro & Cam deserving of special mentions, no one goes above and beyond, to help you feel welcomed and take care of your concerns. They know hospitality and what it takes to care for guests. Huge thanks to them.

The only reason I gave 3 stars and not 5 for service is because this is regarding housekeeping services only.I feel that they should check in with you once a week at least to see if you need floors swept/ vacuumed and to clean your bathroom. Other than this the women are very friendly.Employee Camia has been a sweetheart to me, and very helpful and professional. She really does care about the guests!

Positive: Leaving Negative: The checking clerk -RUDE, The room: dirty; bar stool: cushion torn; Bathroom mirror: dirty; toilet seat: had cracks; bath rug: wet; phone: didn’t work- couldn’t call front desk to report all the issues. Sink: drain very slow to drain; Lamps: no bulbs

I give Camia, Ro, and George 10 out of 5 stars for taking care of me this month. Camia greeted me my first day with joy, efficiency and warm hospitality. I saw her in the halls often, and she'd always give me more information about different amenities. I felt very welcome. Camia immediately called my room one night when the washer I was using broke down. Once I'd moved my clothes to another one, George started it for me- they made a potential inconvenience completely seamless. Ro helped me one night when I had questions about billing and rates. All was made clear, and Ro was extremely helpful, patient and kind while assisting me.
