TownePlace Suites by Marriott El Paso Northwest

Had a great stay here for work. The front desk team was super friendly and accommodating the whole time. I had a small issue with my mobile key, but management took care of it quickly with no hassle. Big shoutout to the housekeeping and maintenance staff too, they worked around my weird hours and always left the room looking clean. Really appreciate the great service all around. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for business and I enjoyed the stay here. Great location, it is at interstate and near a number of restaurants and fast food locations. Staff was super nice with smiles. Although I travel a lot for work, I still felt the price was a bit elevated than other properties. Again the service was good, rooms was spotless so I would stay here again.

Room was not clean, motion activated light would turn on randomly while sleeping. Had to turn the breaker off so the light wouldn’t turn on. Shower was disgustingly dirty and hair plugging the drain. Entire floor of the hotel stunk with people cooking food. Would not stay here again. First time staying at a Marriott I will be sticking with my Hilton loyalty moving forward.

Rude staff. Edit: I should rephrase this review to answer the GMs response. She answered my original review without know my name and the context of my complaint. The housekeeping out of spite accused us of having a pet, and fraudulently charged us for this. We are allergic to pets, and do not own one. I am actively seeking legal action against this hotel unless they reverse the charges. The GMs response and the actions of her staff appear to act in bad faith to their guests. Do not be deceived, this is a VERY nice looking property, but if the staff decides to take a free ride on your credit card, you honestly would be better off staying somewhere else, and not getting robbed.

Great hotel! All the staff is so nice and helpful. Loved the kitchenettes! The neighborhood is also nice! Lots of places to eat and shop nearby as well!
