This place was just ok. Don’t pay extra for the breakfast! Pros: rooms were clean and quiet, staff was friendly, lots of hot water, it was nearby to a lot of places, the bed was pretty comfy, the kitchen in room was convenient (no oven but had dishes and utensils!) Cons: The breakfast was not good - eggs and potatoes still frozen, the a/c did not work well in the room or fitness center, the pool, grill, and fire pit didn’t work, mobile key on app didn’t work.

It was nasty, not up to marriott standards. Things that stood out: holes in curtain, different types of bugs, and blood on bathroom wall.

The hotel is well-located and convenient for long stays. However, the housekeeping service is quite minimal, offering only a “refresh service,” which primarily involves changing towels. For a full cleaning service, guests must request it in advance at no additional cost through reception. Despite this, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained.

I booked a one day room though Booking.com for February 7&8. plus I also paid the 7 dollars insurance to make my one day event safe and special. I made a mistake and put February 1&2 which I did not notice until I fully paid. So once I noticed it I quickly called booking.com to fix the situation. I got treated like a criminal instead of a valuable customer. Booking.com and Marriott played a back and forth game of tagg blaming each other just to keep my $104.00. I'm on disability and money doesn't come easy. There's an event I want to attend on the 7th @ Masseys Shots and I haven't been out the house in almost a year. All they have to do is switch the dates. I called Marriott and talked to a front desk member and they told me that the manger said she has better things to do. So she can't an

"Fine" summarizes this hotel. The room was clean enough, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was adequate, the coffee was decent, the snack prices were reasonable. But nothing stood out. I will say the rooms and hallways are dark. Very poor lighting in the rooms, even midday with all the lights on and blackout curtains open, it looks and feels like 9pm in the room. The bathroom fan is a loud, sensory nightmare that roars and rattles. And something (the refrigerator maybe?) was knock-knock-knocking all night. My room door no longer fit properly into the frame, so it took muscle to enter/exit. If you need a place to stay in Plano, you'll do fine here. But you could do much better too.
