The 3 night stay we had at TownPlace Suites was great. Skye at the front desk was really nice and welcoming at check-in! All the staff we encountered gave top-notch service and we appreciated it very much. We were there for a basketball tourney and the place was full of teenage kids and everything went smoothly. My family appreciated the food, I would have like a couple more gluten free options but that fairly normal. Room was clean and had everything we needed in the two bedroom we booked. Love that option at an affordable price! Thank you!

I recently stayed at the Grand Plaza Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the city skyline. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful staycation at this hotel. We were hesitate to stay while the COVID-19 pandemic going around but we moved forward as planned. Gratefully our guest room and other amenity areas were really clean. The pool had just been cleaned the day we arrived. FYI - The pool is great for small children. It's 3-5 feet and we were there pretty much alone for hours. The breakfast area was kept clean and the food was good. Special thanks to Shannon, Brandon, the breakfast lady, and housekeeping.

Manger up front is always nice, staff are always dressed professionally and clean all staff members smile and greet you as you walk by. Room are clean from bedroom to bathrooms, brunch and coffee in the lobby is hot and forfilling. They have a nice market downstairs and the pool and gym always clean as well and functioning. Great roadside stop if you need to rest and refresh.

Worst hotel customer service I have ever experienced, a disgrace to Marriott brand. I had booked a room for me and colleague for 11 nights. His name was also on the reservation as additional guest. Unfortunately due to the snow storm, I couldn’t make it BUT my colleague still showed up and he informed the hotel about the situation. The hotel front desk decided to create a new reservation for him and charged me for 1 night penalty. This was against policy since this WAS NOT a cancellation because he did show up. The hotel did this without my knowledge. Very shady practice. The customer service was unhelpful and clueless, giving us the run around. Avoid this plague of a property at all costs.
