TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Airport South

TownePlace Suites in Florence is walking distance to Turfway gaming and race track. Very convenient for a visit. Rooms are basic and clean. Decent size for a room with kitchen amenities. Service is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is standard fare with scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Along with oatmeal, toast, waffle maker, etc. The hot items are tasty and good quality. Overall good experience.

Let’s start off by saying I’m a Marriott gold member and stay at Marriott if I have a choice. After staying here I will try a different Marriott next time. This particular stay my status was not recognized with an upgrade or a bottle of water at all but staff was pleasant and nice. Room was clean however shower does not have a door on it and water was not hot but did have good pressure. Not my favorite experience but not terrible just a 3. After 30+ plus stays this year so far was hoping for a better stay. Price was very good for location.

Great hotel. It is one of the newer buildings in the area. Great access to CVG airport, Turfway Park, shopping, and dining. Target and multiple restaurants are right next door, so it is super convenient for an extended stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and tidy, and amenities well stocked. The lobby area was very clean and tidy offering a warm welcome to the property. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a hotel in the airport area.

TownePlace was extremely nice. Loved our room, it was so tidy and spacious. The bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast was great. Really enjoyed our time.

The parking situation was terrible. Because of the snow and lack of plowing properly or salting. There was spots not usable because they were unplowed. It's been a couple days since it snowed. So I had to park between this hotel and the spring hill hotel(witch is owned by the same people as this hotel) when I got out I took one step and landed on my back cracked my head, elbow and backside. My body is still aching from this situation. I had a gallon of tea that busted and went everywhere. I told the front desk but nothing was done about it. The rooms are nice but bad parking area. Allot of food close by. Idk who to contact about this. I just want to make sure someone else don't get hurt like this.
