Hampton Inn Cincinnati/Airport South

The front desk lady was very kind & pleasant. But the housekeepers can't be trusted I left a brand new bra with tags still on it in a room & they stole it. I know for a fact that I left it there after realizing that it wasn't in my belongings I immediately went to the front desk and explained the situation. I never left the hotel in fact I checked into another room. Once I got to the other room I realized my bra wasn’t in my things. The front desk lady & the housekeeping manager was very helpful trying to help me recover my item but it was never recovered. While I was talking to the front desk lady the Gm chimed in & seemed bothered that I needed my things. I never misplaced it, I know for a fact that I left it in the room but the housekeeper never turned it in. I've worked for the Hampto

Our overall experience was amazing and we will stop at this location every trip now. The hotel was conveniently located right off I-75 but far enough back that there is no traffic noise. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The bed and bedding were wonderful for a great sleep. The only thing we didn’t care for was the weird layout of the bathroom and its barn door but that’s not going to deter us from staying here again. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice, too. Tanya checked us in and the experience was seamless and we felt very welcome to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with many offerings and extras that I’ve not seen at other hotels. I love stopping there. Tamara who does breakfast is the best she is super friendly always helpful and London is the sweetest young lady Keep up the great work ladies. Clean rooms great on your wallet and worth every dime.

I travel the US for work. This was the best stay ive ever had. The breakfast will knock your socks off if you're wearing any. Hospitality done right. Clean and friendly.
